Our location means you can get
up on a Sunday morning in
September and either head to
the Panther game or spend a
day at thebeach. In either case,
you're a little over 90 minutes
from your target destination.
If attending a lecture at one
of the Triangle’s universities
or visiting our state capital is more to your needs, again, you are 90 minutes away.
Additionally, our residents have easy access to the beaches and low country of South Carolina. Florence, SC is 1 hour south. Myrtle Beach is 2 hours away. And Charleston, SC is only a 3-hour drive.
For longer trips (e.g., drives back north), our I-74 location provides a quick connection to I-95 and all points north and south. To the west, I-74 connects in Charlotte to Interstate 79 – thus taking travelers north into West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
