Fayetteville VA Medical Center (VAMC)
Due to our proximity to Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base, we are blessed and honored to have the Fayetteville VAMC in our backyard.
- Medical, mental health, women's healthcare and specialty services available.
- Complexity Level 2 Medical Center
- 250,000 square foot expansion project underway.
Scotland County Parks and Recreation
Scotland County Parks and Recreation manages two Senior Centers: one in Laurinburg and one in Wagram and helps manage sites throughout the county.
- Fitness classes, weight/fitness rooms, indoor walking trails.
- Staff members trained NC Department of Insurance to assist in Medicare, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Coverage.
- Helped establish "Scotland Mile Fit Trail" - a one-mile trail with 20 fitness stations: located on the grounds at Scotland Memorial Hospital.
